Our Homemade Pizzas

We make home made pizzas rather than get delivery, like you haven't figured it out that I'm cheap. They really are good and you can throw anything on them. I figure that it costs about $12.20 for 6 of them. So here's another recipe...
Pizza Sauce
2 can crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
6 teaspoons dried basil
I mix it all together and warm it on the stove while I get the dough going. It bubbles so don't forget the lid.
Pizza Dough
2 2/3 cups warm water
1/2 cup powdered milk
1 teas. salt
8 cups flour
2 Tbls. sugar
2 Tbls yeast
4 Tbls. Vegetable oil
Butter flavored Pam
Put yeast, sugar, salt, and dry milk in a large bowl. Add
water and stir to mix well. Allow to sit for two minutes. Add oil
and stir again. Add flour and stir until dough forms and flour is
absorbed. Knead for about 10 minutes in the bowl.
Divide dough into six balls. Spray 6 nine inch pans with Pam. Using a rolling pin,
roll out each dough ball to about a 10" circle. Place in cake pans.
Spray the outer edge of dough with Pam. Cover with a plate and let rise for about 1 1/2 hours. We also like to put strips of mozzarella in the crust. Just fold it in.
When the crust has finished rising, add your sauce and anything else you can think of. Bake it at 475 for 40 min. You are going to have to check the pizzas every 5-10 minutes after it has cooked for 30 minutes. I would be so upset if they burned so I'm overly careful with them.
This will make 6 pizzas. They also freeze wonderfully. Just make it up as if you were going to bake it and then throw it in the freezer. When it is completely frozen, pop it out of the pan and just throw it in a zip lock bag. Yea another dinner just waiting for you when your super busy.
