I have an idea!

I have to say the dread that I felt when I first started Santa's secret has morphed into appreciation and almost fun! There are so many possibilities to cut corners. I should have done this a long time ago. Organization is the key to my success! Why can't I get to this point with dieting?
Anywho, I've decided that I need to devote a bit of time every day to looking on line for bargain for Christmas. It's not a lot of time maybe ten to fifteen minutes but this should save quite a bit. Do you think anyone would notice the difference?

This is a bracelet from Deal Extremes. It costs a whopping $4.97.
This is a bracelet from Tiffany and Company. It's $290.
So my question is would anyone notice and where could I get a cute blue box? Tee hee!
I'm kidding but it is the basic idea of what I'm trying to do. Nice but cheaper. I just wonder how long it would be before you got lead poisoning from El Cheapo bracelet.
If you have a moment, could you explain this one to me? But I did figure this one out!
Thanks for stopping by,

Stopping by for a visit! Forgot to say I love Friday's blog pick, but I already visit her. I'm bargain shopping too, yes the bracelets look alike and I do like them both, but really no comparision, if I saw a Tiffany bracelet under the tree I'd tip over dead!

Annie Jones-It is Monday! Your comment confused the crap out of me. I had to reread the post twice before I got it. So yes, it is Monday because I'm easily confused!

Marilyn's Money-I would love to have the Tiffany's bracelet! But we can afford the other one. So sad. Maybe when the kids move out, we will have a few extra dollars. But I'm not betting on having extra cash ever or the kids leaving!

OOOhhhhh! I figured them both out. The video on the one explained it pretty well... and I'm with Annie... aren't these a bit wicked for Mondays?

Ookkaayy....ummmm...those were very interesting gifts! LOL

I'm liking the bracelet, but I'm with you on the lead poisoning issue! But, it IS a pretty bracelet!

I'm still on the lookout for cool gifts for you to give. :)

McVal-I'm still lost on the last one. I did get the second one. And all the times we thought the police officers were carrying flashlights!
It may be just a smidge too much for a Monday!

SonyaAnn said...

A.Marie-Did you get the first one? Watch you did and I didn't!
And thank you for keeping an eye out for me.
I just got in from shoveling the white crap! It was super heavy. My neighbor felt sorry for me and got part of it with his snow blower.

Believe it or not...I DID get the first one. My medicine that I am taking for my migraines must be warping my brain! LOL

Hey! I found this cute gift over at:

Copy and paste the link and it should take you to the adorable Fitz and Floyd Serveware, Snowflake and Jake Snack Plate with Spreader
Orig. $30.00
Now $7.47

The shipping is around $5.00 but there are alot of things on sale and clearance. If I can find a good promo code, I'll let you know!

A.Marie-I still don't know what it is. I'm seriously not kidding. You are more twisted than I thought.
Thank you for shopping for me. I'm heading over there right now. Much love.
And how are you feeling?

SonyaAnn, WHO are you going to buy THOSE for??? LOL! I am not talking about the bracelet.

I think you should pass on the cheap bracelet. You can find silver pieces for less than $290 and they won't turn your arm black.

Happy Monday!

The bracelets are pretty. Do you have a Bath and Body works clearance center anywhere near you? They are having a huge sale, with prices from 59 cents to $2.99. I stocked up on tons of presents.

Both bracelets are very pretty. I try to pick up gifts along the way. Make holidays easier.

Frances-Who's stocking am I stuffing? That would be fun.
Lead poisoning probably isn't a good gift for Christmas.

Pam-We have a few bath and body works around here but I don't know about a clearance store. I'm going to google it. That is my kind of deal. Thank you for the heads up!

Together We Save-I just found another bracelet from Dooney and Bourke for $55. If I could get it on sale that would rock.

Thanks for coming to see me!

You are to funny! I thought I have seen everything. "I LIVE IN VEGAS".
But I have never seen the first ONE
before. But like you I did get the second one!
I had to watch the video and I'm not explaining it! Hehe!

Sometimes I find that AVON has nice jewlery for a fair price!
Any way hope you have a great week!

Just wanted to say hi and thanks for stopping by my blog the other day. It's great that you're already getting a start on Christmas gifts, I really need to do that!

SonyaAnn said...

Linda-I found the video. Well, I missed that one!! Now I get it but I wish that I didn't!

SonyaAnn said...

Crystal-My wish is that I get it all done by October!
Thank you for coming to see me!

I think that is a great deal but it would only work for some people, if my husband gave it to me I would NOT be happy...if my 11 year old gave it to me I'd LOVE it! (but this is coming from a Tiffany's lover...)
I think my nieces would LOVE that inexpensive bracelet so it would be great for gifts like that!!

what the heck is that egg thing??

kado!_That's it exactly, who it came from.
And watch the video, I had too! I'm not kidding either!
