I'm Still Cheap!

This lovely little Clothespin bag can be bought here for $3.95. Which is pretty good and I'm thinking about getting? Maybe.

Or you could poke a couple of holes in the bottom of an ice cream bucket? Would this be green or cheap?
Just a thought,
SonyaAnn

Recycling--definitely green!!! I like the open bucket-I used to worry about putting my hand in the clothespin bag--you couldn't see what was in there with the clothespins!! I know--I have issues--and a warped brain!! Have a great day.

Sheila-I get stung every year no matter what by bees and/or wasps. So I have issues of where my hand goes too!

well it's green if you ate all that ice cream AND it's cheap!lol
Next time tho buy ice cream in paperboard not plastic and compost it when you are through....that would be greener.
How are you feeling? Did you ever figure out why you had that reaction to your vitamins?

slugmama-Any reason to get more ice cream is good to me.
And nope, I think that it was just a combination of the pills. I pulled out the new ones and I'm back to being fine. Well, not completely fine. I'm really tired again but I guess this is just my life. Oh well, I'm sure that some ice cream will make me feel better.

Definitely green.
My mom cut a small cross-section out a Clorox bottle's handle, and a hole in the front of the bottle. The resulting clothespin holder could be hung on the clothesline and slid along as you hung up clothes.
The down side was that the edges of the hole were a bit sharp. If I were doing this I might coat them with duct tape.
Of course, ice cream tastes a lot better than Clorox.

SonyaAnn.....I was thinking maybe the new vitamins had a dye or other 'filler' ingredient in them that you are allergic too. So did you stop taking that particular pill(s) and get different of the same ones to replace them or are you still taking the ones that set you off?
I worry about you lady.....
And yes, ice cream ALWAYS makes you feel better, at least in the moment. ;-)

I grew up knowing about the ice cream bucket method - at my grandma's house...and I do think it is a wise and green thing to do. Yet, I do love that blue and one stripped cloth version... very lovely!

slugmama-Den and I pulled all the new pills out and I just stopped taking them. I figure that is probably the best way. It's $300 now just to go to the ER and I don't want to risk that kind of money for a few vitamins.
And thank you for worrying about me, I feel loved. Now just worry about my mental health!!LOL

jules @ lovely las vegas-And I thought that I was being so smart. It would just be nice not to have everything in this house be raggedy. That's what was making me long for a cute clothespin bag. OH well, mother earth will thank me!!
