Fab Abs Friday!

I would really like to find him under the tree. Please pool your money and buy this for me even if you can only afford an hour for me.
Here are a few things that I found to help with your Christmas cheer.
 Mark should behave himself.
This one is terrible and that is why I loved it so much. That is an actual ornament that you can order. People are screwed up and I love it.
Happy Holidays,
SonyaAnn

Snow Balls

I'm so different from Mark. He is so worried about change and having a ton of people find his blog. Me on the other hand, would think that would be great. Unfortunately, with the pictures and the naughty words that I use no one would listen to me or take me serious. Sigh, I am my own worst enemy. My enemy is a sexual deviant with naughty pictures. When I put it like that, it seems somewhat better. Moving on.
Back to the Christmas crap! I haven't bought anything else. I just don't care anymore. I think that DJ & I crushed Den's Christmas spirit a bit. Den realized that DJ and I think that putting up a tree is not all that it is cracked up to be. Dragging a dead tree that birds have pooped on or animals have had sex in, into my clean house doesn't sit well with me and puts me in a pissy mood. I've tried to get a fake tree over and over again. I was informed that a fake tree would ruin the season for Den and Anna. They fight terrible but when they unite for a cause that they think is important, they are a force to be reckoned  with. Don't tell them that I said that.
But the good news is I've had more money come in. Yay for coming. I got another $3 from Pinecone Research. I got $20 for testing a dishwasher product(I made $35 from that one alone) and I got a $20 mastercard debit card for spending $200 on Christmas presents online(how do they know what was presents and what was normal spending? that thought is kinda scary).  I've made $906.50 for the year. Den still might buy something for the women at work and he needs to buy stocking stuffers for us. I'll probably give the $43 to him and see what he comes up with. I'm not going to sweat it anymore, I'm too much like the Grinch as it is. It's just so much work and all everyone does is complain. I think that is why I'm not a Christmas person. The favorite part of Christmas for me is the 25th when its just the four of us, we get Chinese take out and lay on the couch all day, watch movies or play with the stuff that we get. Simple and enjoyable.
I'll let you know the final tally in a few days.
Happy Holidays,
SonyaAnn

So I think that this will be my last post on my disappointing Christmas spread. I don't think that we will be buying anything else(fingers crossed). Notice that I am now using the word we-I'm hoping to place the blame on Den a bit. It's good for him, it builds character and he has a ton of it!!!

I'm excited to start writing about what I have planned for Christmas 2012. I have such big ideas. I just want to show that you can still give(which is soooo important to me) and can get the costs way down.
Thanks for coming to see me,

Withdrawals

I still miss Vegas so this is my methadone. Go here and listen to this song. Well stick around and watch the video. DJ didn't appreciate the artistic expression of the wiggles.
And then head here or here for a little gambling. Now if someone would please bring me a drink and blow smoke in my face it will really be real. This is what I do in my free time. And you thought that all I did was watch porn.
Smile,
SonyaAnn

Nipple Noel

I was going to call this post, "I'm a boob" but I'm just to classy for that.
The totals are getting ugly and I'm depressed a bit about it. Be kind in the comments or I'll delete them. Yes, I'm in that pissy of a mood. Haha. I figure as long as I don't spend anywhere near as much as I did last year($1858.71), I have made progress. Say what you will, I'm still brave enough to track all of it and put it on my blog.
Here is what I have had come in

I've made $863.50 in free money not including free gift cards and free gifts.
I think that I'm almost done once the Walmart cards come in. Den usually takes $30 and gets candy for the stockings. He also likes to bring something in like candy for some of the women at work. I'll let you know what the total is.
I'm off to drink(I wanna be like Mark when I grow up),

Doggy style? OK that was wrong because he is even a bit young for me. I'm looking at him from more of an artistic view, right?
Have a great weekend,

Wicked Wednesday!

This is the last one I promise! But it is in keeping with the holiday theme. The more I watch him, the cuter he gets. Hmmmmm maybe it has something to do with that bad boy thing that I like so much.
Have a great hump day,

McVal did this to me! Well some of it!

McVal you have been such a wonderful influence on me!!! I never thought that this would happen but I was inspired to sew. Well, almost sew. On Thanksgiving we made T-shirt scarves because you posted about them. LOVE IT! I'm going to make more even. I felt so fun when I wore mine out the other day. I made the pink and the gray one, Anna made the other three. She has been wearing hers a lot.
This was not inspired by McVal. We also soap carved on Thanksgiving(I'm a little behind on posting these). I know that looks like an I and a Heart(made by Anna) but it's not an I. My "I" came in second place. I lost to a deviled egg. This project was inspired by prison.
Loving dysfunction,
SonyaAnn

Dick the Halls

I think that these lights would look great on our tree. I'll have to talk to Den about it.
I have a sad total of $17.58 in the Christmas fund and well I spent it and then some. That little bit of money includes $3 that I got from Pinecone. I have earned $506 this year in free money not including free gifts or gift cards. I've paid $597.12 for everything below. The numbers won't match up(money earned and spent) because I still have a few things that are in the mail.
I think that I'm going to have to add $300 of our money to the fund. GASP! I'm fine with that. Even if I hit $500 OOP this year, that is so much better than the $1858.71 I spent last year. Sluggy bite your tongue and possibly a few other people's too.
This is what I have had come in/bought.

1 $25 Outback Steak house G.C.(paid $23)
1 $50 Macy's G.C.(paid $46.50)

Worst Parent Ever

I have figured out my problem in life, its my mouth. Well that and not being too bright. And the story goes a little something like this..........................................
Den came home from work the other day, yay its always a good day when he does that. He had just gotten in the door and I started talking. It's my job and I'm good at it. Our conversation..........
Me-I did something terrible with Anna today.
Den-(Grunts and barely pays attention, that's his job.)
Me-I took Anna to a porn shop.
He actually stopped taking his coat off and cocked his head to one side like he didn't understand. He does that a lot. Since he didn't seem to understand me, I said it again.
Me-Anna and I went to a porn shop today. We were living on the wild side.
Den-(in the not very happy with SonyaAnn voice) Why did you take ANNA to a PORN shop?
Me- OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD not porn, PAWN! A PAWN SHOP! We both went to our first PAWN shop.
He laughed for a very long time and was a bit relieved that I wasn't taking her to get porn.
Pray for me,
SonyaAnn

Hung By the.............

I was thinking that I should take up knitting for Christmas. I just don't think that Den would be that interested. Anyways, I'm just not as talented as McVal and I would end up with one big knot. I don't think that Den would be very happy if I wrapped yard around his....ummmm......Christmas gifts. It would probably put him in a bad mood. I'm not going to write this gift completely off though, maybe my father in law would like it.
I really need to stop posting these naughty pictures before my Christmas lists. No one even pays attention to the amazing deals that I am getting. Sigh.
I have a grand total of $56.58 in the Christmas fund. Someone needs to stuff my stocking soon! I'm running low. Another sigh. But I have earned $503 this year in free money not including free gifts or gift cards. I've paid $447.89 for everything below. The numbers won't match up because I still have a few things that are going to be coming in soon. I don't count it until I have it and it is stuffed into the gift closet. Putting things in the closet is like playing tetris on steroids at this point.
Here is what I have had come in,
1 $25 Omaha Steak gift card for $21.25
1 Melissa and Doug decorate your own race car(not impressed) for $6.20 was $17.19, 69% savings
1 Melissa and Doug decorate your own train(still not impressed) for $6.20 was $17.19, 69% savings
1 Radio Flyer scooter for $33.20 was $65.99, 49% savings
1 doodle track car set for $11.83 was $14.95, 21% savings

This is what the list looks like now with everything added in.

2-$20 G.C. Chili's(paid $10 each)
2 $25G.C  Boston Market(paid $15 each)
4 $15 Rain Forest G.C. (paid $7.50 each)
5 $10 On the Border/Chili's/Macaroni Grill/Maggiano's G.C.(paid $5 each)
1 $25 GameStop G.C(free)
1 $25 Omaha Steak G.C( free from My Points)
1 $25 Omaha Steak gift card for $21.25
 1 $10 Steak and Shake G.C. ($5.99)
8 $12 movie tickets($6.75 each)
1 $25 Olive Garden G.C. (free)
4 $10 Subway G.C.($5 each)
1 $15 Auto Zone G.C.(free)
1 $10 Burger King G.C($6.99)
1 $10 Target G.C(free)
1 $4 LA Tan (worth $15. 73% off)
1 $12 LA Tan (worth $30. 60% off)
1 Disney Movie(worth $28.99, free from Disney Movie rewards)
1 Sports Illustrated subscription for $2
1 Time magazine subscription for $2
2 lg wooden puzzles $5each. $10 for both
1 foam activity $9.99.
8 wood catapults $.79 each. $6.32
4 race cars $1 each. $4
2 wood puzzles $1 each.$2
1 paint poster $1
1 plaster magnet $1.
1 tissue paper kit $1
1 Melissa and Doug decorate your own race car(not impressed) for $6.20 was $17.19, 69% savings
1 Melissa and Doug decorate your own train(still not impressed) for $6.20 was $17.19, 69% savings
1 Radio Flyer scooter for $33.20 was $65.99, 49% savings
1 doodle track car set for $11.83 was $14.95, 21% savings Plus all of the stuff in the gift closet from Cracker Barrel. That goes something like this...................
8 Light up ceramic car(4.50 each)
3 Xmas Stocking, dish towel, door hanger set thingy($3.90 each set)
2 Xmas Angel($4.50 each)
4 kids Xmas purses ($2.40 each)
2 silver Xmas tree($5.40 each)
1 lg Santa($9.00)
6 Xmas frame($3.00 each)
1 Xmas platter($5.40)

So let's add this up, I have paid $447.89 for $2014.82 worth of stuff. I've saved 77.77% on everything that I have purchased. Or 100% savings because because I used all the free money that I have gathered. Now if only the US government would try to save money as hard as I do.
You better appreciate this one cuz it took me forever to figure all these numbers!!
Still love you even though you are work,
SonyaAnn

Smart Ass

I was making more "lunches with love" the other day. Somehow there doesn't seem to be an escape from the damned things. I was having a "very far behind" day and didn't get to making the lunches until the evening before. I try and make the lunches early morning the day before. I hate making them and if I get it done early it doesn't hang over my head all day. Yes, I hate making them this much. Anywho, I asked DJ for help and it went a little something like this.................
Me-Help me make these lunches with love, I still have a ton to do today.
DJ-Do you want lunches with love or with spite?
Me-Just make the damned sandwiches!
Somehow this kid has it in his head if he says something smart assed, he will get out of doing a chore. If a smart assed comment was all that it took to get out of work, I would have done nothing my entire life. And Mark would be sitting next to me sipping iced tea too.
Have a great day,
SonyaAnn

PS-Word to the wise since I don't fall in that category, write down what you have purchased and what is in the mail. Trust me it will make life easier if you can easily find what is on its way and what is lost.

Santa's Bum

The Santa on Monday was just a little bit hotter.I play Santa in this house but my butt doesn't look like that, I hope.
I think the race to Christmas is going to get a bit more interesting now that we are getting closer. Sometimes I think that it would just be nice to have the money to buy everything that I want online all at once. Then I wake up and look at the checkbook.
I got another $20 from toluna so the money that I have earned this year is $503. I have $238.26 in the pot as we speak. I have quite a few gifts on the way but I'm not counting them until I get them. I find a lot of my good deals on Hip 2 Save and other similar sites. On occasion things get canceled, its the name of the game.
The order for my FIL went through. I ordered Time and Sports Illustrated for him and it did cost $4.Watch it is some kind of crazy knockoff and I will be so embarrassed. It's probably little people porn.

I think that I'm going to add a camera to my Christmas list. You deserve better pictures than what my phone can produce. I went shopping at Michaels. The problem is quite a few things were marked down by 20% but it didn't tell me how much I saved. And I had two 50% off coupons on one item. So I have no idea how to figure this one out, which will probably kill sluggy. Anyways, I spent $29.67 for $37.17(not including what was marked down by 20% or the two 50% off coupons) worth of trinkets. I mostly bought all of this to tape gift cards to. Sad but true.
I now have.............................
2-$20 G.C. Chili's(paid $10 each)
2 $25G.C  Boston Market(paid $15 each)
4 $15 Rain Forest G.C. (paid $7.50 each)
3 $10 On the Border/Chili's/Macaroni Grill/Maggiano's G.C.(paid $5 each)
1 $25 GameStop G.C(free)
8 $12 movie tickets($6.75 each)
1 $25 Olive Garden G.C. (free)
4 $10 Subway G.C.($5 each)
1 $15 Auto Zone G.C.(free)
1 $10 Burger King G.C($6.99)
1 $10 Target G.C(free)
1 Sports Illustrated subscription for $2
1 Time magazine subscription for $2
2 lg wooden puzzles $5each. $10 for both
1 foam activity $9.99.
8 wood catapults $.79 each. $6.32
4 race cars $1 each. $4
2 wood puzzles $1 each.$2
1 paint poster $1
1 plaster magnet $1.
1 tissue paper kit $1
Plus all of the stuff in the gift closet. That goes something like this...................
8 Light up ceramic car(4.50 each)
3 Xmas Stocking, dish towel, door hanger set thingy($3.90 each set)
2 Xmas Angel($4.50 each)
4 kids Xmas purses ($2.40 each)
2 silver Xmas tree($5.40 each)
1 lg Santa($9.00)
6 Xmas frame($3.00 each)
1 Xmas platter($5.40)
Everything in the gift closet was market down 90% and I used the gift cards that I got from Christmas to pay for it. How's that for a deal?!?
I really hope you appreciate all the work that goes into this! And sluggy if you would like to figure out the percentages of what I have saved, I will tell you, you are cute. And while you are at it and have nothing better to do, will you edit my book? LOL.
I've paid $175.99 for $401 worth of gift cards and movie tickets. $4 for two magazine subscriptions worth $40. I paid $29.67 for $37.17 worth of stuff from Micheals. And I paid $126.92 for all of the gifts in the gift closet which were 90% off but used free gift cards to pay for that.
I'm going to start ordering presents for the little ones in my life, my adorable nephews and the little one that I babysit for. This is where I have no self control and the money will soon start disappearing. I see ride on toys in my future. It also looks like a lot of the family wants gift cards this year. I just don't think that I will get Victoria Secret's half off like I have been getting the restaurant gift cards. That is going to kill my little Christmas fund. Plastic jungle is going to get a visit from me pretty soon.
My life is so boring,
SonyaAnn
