Seriously, how in the hell do teenagers take such cute pictures of themselves. That one took about 15 tries and most of the time I looked like I had had a stroke.
Great clips gave me this certificate for giving them my 10 inches. Last time, it was 14 but who is keeping count.
And here is me sans makeup and looking crazy. Oh well, it will be better for the summer-the hair not the crazy.

I've donated my hair three times and have never gotten a certificate :o( Though seriously, it takes me over a year to grow it long enough to donate and the last time I donated, I had her cut it into a style that has to be 'kept up' with regular hair cuts. sigh, wish I hadn't done that now....
LOVE the hair! And yes, it took me forever to figure out how to take a pic in the mirror (and they still suck). Teens must have a class they can take in high school - Lol!
Wow, good for you. My hair grows so darn slow, I don't know if I could do it. I know that's so selfish, but I can't help it. :( Thank God there are people like you in the world to balance out people like me!
My camera has a self-portrait setting and then you can just hold it out at arm's length to take you're own pic. That's how I did the photo of Shane and myself at the top of my blog.
On some phones, there is a little mirror-looking disc, so that when you try to take your own pic at arm's length, you can see yourself. It's not clear, but it's enough to make sure you're in frame.
Love the hair! I've worked to grow mine out and I'm not quite ready to give it up yet.
Mamma has spoken-This is the second time that I have donated and I only got certificate this time. The first time I donated I had to send the hair in, this time they mailed it for me and it was the same place.
Annie-I think the difference is you have a camera and I have a phone that I have dropped 3 million times. I really don't deserve to have a phone. I lose it all the time and drop it.

I could grow mine and donate it, except that they only want virgin hair. I lost my hair virginity a LONG time aga.
