Hand Job

I love doing things to help myself heal. I found this chart and thought it would be worth a shot. Just stay away from the thumb.
Is there any little trick that you do to stay well?
Happy Thursday,

Sinuses! Where are they?! I guess the second joint of the middle finger is close enough. Rubbing there right now, but if that doesn't work, I'm going to stab it with a knife to distract myself from the sinus pain.

You should check out reflexology too,(although Foot Job just doesn't have the same ring to it ;) This is a cool chart though - thanks!

Annie-You always make me laugh. But I'm not being held responsible for any damage you inflict upon yourself.

Sheila-I'm liking the wine idea! You smart, smart, woman.

I'm round germs so much every day that my body has learned how to NOT catch them :o)

And I missed where the back scratching spot is...

I tried reflexology for tension headaches once upon a time. It didn't work.

Quitting my job did. :-)

Mamma-I was around my nephew this weekend and we found out he has the flu. I hope my body repels the germs!

McVal-Just have your hubs rub the lotion on you and all will be fine.

Frances-I like your thinking! I think life causes headaches too.
