Open It All?

So I think this post is a reminder or a warning, I'm not sure where we are going yet.
I got this AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME coupon in the mail! Well, Den got it but what's his is mine, right? Its from a super posh jewelery store by us. And they sent us a $50 off of $50 coupon! Oh hell yes, did that help. We got my sister in law stunning earrings for $32! The box they came in was worth the $32.
So the moral to the story is open all of your junk mail! Yes, open it ALL. Unless, it is a card from one of the nut jobs that Den works with. Then proceed with caution. Oh hell, just open it and then post about it. It makes for an interesting read, a the very least.
Check your mail,
Sonya Ann

sluggy-Well he still couldnt find anything for $50 and we had to pay. But still the earrings were on sale and they are perfect.
I miss you.

I'm kind of with Slugmama on this one. I get major money off carpet cleaning and car washes in my mailers, but never 50 off 50 from a jewelry store.

That is a really good deal. I would agree with opening all the mail. Once, I had a letter from my insurance agent that I did not open, figuring it was just a receipt. After a few weeks, I forgot about it until it fell out of the passenger side as I was putting groceries in the car. I opened it in a fit of pique and found a $162 check for a refund that I did not understand. Now, I open all mail.

I enjoy those nutjob letters from his office.

And I get coupons for $5 off $100 crap - you and sluggy get way cool coupons.

That's an excellent deal, but would you have to purchase a minimum of fifty dollars in jewelry to use the coupon? Whatever it was, I'm glad you found the perfect gift.

Love,
Janie

Wouldn't it have been worth it to find another item that gave you $50 in merchandise? Then it would be free, right?

I open all junk mail, too, just in case. That was a great coupon, especially since you could use it toward a Christmas gift.

Anne in the kitchen-I'm happy with this coupon and honestly I get a lot of crap ones too. I did get one for up to $500 from off 5th. I think I may swing by just to see how much is actually on it.

Linda-A check is WAY better than a coupon. I wouldn't mind getting a few of those either.
And if I find who the nutjob is I will send her your way.

Cheapchick-The way that sluggy can run a deal is amazing to what little I can do. I wouldn't mind a Riteaid either.

Janie Junebug-Den couldn't find anything for under $50. That place is super posh or would it just be called expensive?

Janie Junebug-I wish that he could have found a $50 item. But even with the way that it worked out we still saved money on her gift.

Frances-I just wish that they sent out awesome coupons all year long and not just at Christmas time. It would make shopping so much easier.
