Makin' It And Savin' It Sunday

Ahhh, its another Sunday trying to come up with some extra scratch! I'm feeling(get it scratch and feel, no?) this article from The Penny Hoarder on 10 Easy Ways To Make Extra Cash in 2016.
So are you working on making more money this year or are you trying to save more money? I sort of think that it is easier to save it once you have it. Well, sort of.
What ya got for me? Or are you hungover and not caring? That's ok too.
Broke drunk,

As I'm a data geek anyway, I'd love to be selected to so surveys, focus groups, product testing, interviews any of that jazz but there is something about my profile that misaligns me for a fit with every single one. I've yet to be selected. I'm too old or too young, to poor, or too rich, to frumpy, not frumpy enough. Do you do them?

My big savings (woo hoo) was in my gas budget this month. I only spent $67 of my $160 gas budget. I love the low price of gas right now - it's really helping me out! Saved a bit on my food budget too. Yippee! Small potatoes but at least I didn't spend all of it (just some) on booze!

I am, as always, just muddling through. By the skin of my teeth.

Sam-I do as many surveys as I can. I love Pinecone Research. If you aren't signed up, see if they are accepting new people. The pay is always fair and on time.

I do surveys and product testing, I am trying to start my blog but have a real fear of failure for some odd reason. I always have lots of books and dvd's to sell but few takers. I save whatever I can and my only treat is probably cocktails. Coke Rewards
used to be better, now the rewards are mostly sucky. Need more money this year!

MiserlyMac-I understand about the fear of failing but I fear regret more. Give it a shot and if people are rude, delete them!
And I agree we all need more money this year.

We are saving lots of money with Hubby being in the hospital. He cannot go out shopping. LOL! OF course, when the bills start rolling in, I imagine my savings will b all gobbled up.
